Just to make you drool a bit
So we have been really busy here, yeah, like stupid busy. Here is a little something to show for it. First off the Factory race program's jersey (still waiting on the logo from Curve Cycling) and SPOILER ALERT The team will be riding bikes to match the jersey.
Here is the jersey we will be selling for retail. Not too flashy, not too low key, crazy colors and long sleeve.
Here is some big news, the colors for the OG Bighead headset. Still finalizing the graphics but there will be birds most likely all over the upper and lower cups.
Anodized colors are:
hot punk rock pink
Process Cyan
Deep Purple
Pumpkin Orange
Lime Green
These will be available very soon with a bad ass bike attached to them. All pre-paid bikes will get a free headset!
Get those orders in now!

How much is too much?
This is the Longbow, our Super D race bike. It is very similar to our Genken which is our Endurance D or "Euro-style" DH bike (some may call it freeride light). We are asking all of you, is 6" with a 67.5 deg. head angle and 71 deg. seat angle too much for super D?
Our Genken currently has a 66 degree head angle and a 70.5 deg. seat angle with 6.6" of travel.
Personally I was thinking the 2 bikes are too similar so I am proposing a change to the Longbow:
68.8 degree head angle 72 degree seat angle (with Fox 32 TALAS 140 at full travel)
but I want to know what all of you think. If the current geometry and travel sounds fine, we'll leave it. if you think we should go more shallow, we'll do it. Hit us up.

MBO
Spent the weekend riding hard at Mountain Bike Oregon. Not to many riding shots as I failed to bring my camera but I have some pics on my phone that I shot before it ran out of battery.
I was able to get in 60+ miles of pure, unadulterated single track shredding. Epic 15+ mile DH one day, another epic 20+ mile roller super-D style and a 24.5 mile out and back XC loop. Rode with Christian Ettinger of Hopworks Urban Brewery (my favorite) on day 3 and boy, that guy's a hammer!
I'll post the pics as soon as it is done syncing.
peace and chain grease

Fresh Vittles
This just in... Generation 2 of the Wakazashi SS/4X frame. These are our pre production models to shake them out to make sure we have them right. The colors came out a bit off (they were supposed to be dark brown, not golden blond, but that's OK to!)
Stay posted, we'll add more detail shots soon!

Crusty Butte part duce
just got an update from the field...
DH mx
Christen 5th 1st
Riley 11th 6th
Price 18th x
Dillon 13th 3rd podium yea
Strickland 27 13th
Jackson 14th x
Race was fun, it rained all day Saturday and the track was a joke. You literally slid through the turns and most of the jumps were not jumpable by almost all racers. Then rained sat. night and the DH course was wet but no anything like the mx track. Julie will get you some pics but she didn’t take her camera out when it was raining so not sure what all she has but I know she got some.
Dillon had the fastest qualifying time of the day for the cat 2 and 3 and he was a lot faster than 90 percent of the cat 1 guys. He will be able to move up by next year I would bet.
DH just didn’t go our way – we had a couple of guys that got stuck and couldn’t pass, had a few guys that had some crashes and Riley finishes on a flatting tire after he finally got the kid to let him pass right before the finish line jump and final stretch.
Sure we will do better next time.

Tanto's Underway
Most of the guys down south have their new tanto's running now. These bikes are light, I mean crazy LIGHT, fast, strong, and can manual like butter! today was the first day to take mine out to one of our fun kickers we like to play on, and i got 360's down within minutes! if you want a bike that can be an awesome dirtjumper, and rail the 4x courses super fast, than you want the tanto 4x.
we will be at Nathrop, Colorado this weekend racing and showing off our new bikes. feel free to stop by the pits and have a nice cold one with the One Ghost crew!

Coming along nicely
We are projecting a retail cost of our Tanto hard tail frame and rear dropout kit only for $579.99 matte anodized black with laser etched graphics. The frames will be available retail direct through any One Ghost Industries team member or direct from the factory by calling or e-mailing us!
go to oneghost.com for contact information.
We are finalizing the Longbow and Genken frames now as well as the Wakazashi frame so we can bring them to you by mid summer.
The Longbow is our Super D/Trail frame with the Genken being our Mini-DH/FR frame. Basically an overbuilt Longbow with 150mm x 12mm rear/ 83mm BB, slacker geometry and more gussets.
There is information on both bikes on the web site now.
Both bikes will look real similar but have very different geometry and graphics packages and sizing. The Longbow is closer to an XC bike with the Genken closer to a DH frame.
